If, upon completion of your cleaning, you find that the results do not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately or within 24 hours. We are committed to addressing your concerns promptly and effectively.

Our team will take all necessary steps to resolve any issues, including revisiting your location to address areas that may have been missed or did not meet your standards. Your satisfaction is our top priority, and we will work diligently to ensure it.

Rescheduling And Cancellations

Cancellation Period:

To cancel your cleaning appointment and receive a full refund of your security deposit, please provide notice at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us sufficient time to fill the available slot.

We understand that unexpected situations can arise, and we are committed to providing a flexible, stress-free process for booking or rescheduling your cleaning appointments.

To secure your cleaning appointment, an estimated cost security deposit is required for all residential and non-commercial cleaning services. If a balance remains after the service is completed, the card on file will be charged at the end of the same day the cleaning is performed.

Commercial

Invoices are due upon receipt. However, we offer flexible payment terms for our commercial clients, allowing payments to be made on Net 15 or Net 30 terms, as agreed upon.

48-hour Grace Period For All Residential Clients.

We offer a 48-hour grace period for full payment in cases of emergencies or travel. After this period, late fees will apply.

A 15% late fee will be added to any outstanding balance, along with an additional $4 per day. Daily reminders will also be sent to ensure the balance is paid promptly. We recommend making payments within the grace period to avoid these penalties.

Non-Payment

At Collective Cleaning Service, we strive to work closely with our clients to resolve any payment issues and avoid sending accounts to collections. However, any residential outstanding balance that remains unpaid after 30 days will be automatically sent to a collection agency.

Prior to this action, a written notice will be sent to the service address and any other address on file associated with the account. This notice will inform you that your account is being referred to collections. We encourage prompt communication to resolve any concerns and avoid this process.

Free Estimates/Proposals For All Residential Clients.

Collective Cleaning Service offers both phone and written estimates for all residential cleaning requests, free of charge.

Free Estimates/Proposal For All Commercial Clients

In-person and onsite visits are provided for all commercial cleaning projects, including construction sites, schools, hospitals, bars, restaurants, offices, warehouses, and more. After the visit, a written estimate or proposal will be emailed as requested. Phone estimates for commercial cleaning services are also available upon request.

Arrival Time For All Residential Clients

1st shift arrival time of between 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM

2nd shift arrival time of between 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM

Arrival Time For All Commercial Clients

Understanding the unique needs of commercial projects, Collective Cleaning Service recognizes that cleaning often needs to be scheduled during off-hours, such as when the office is empty, stores are closed, or warehouses are unoccupied. Cleaning services will be customized based on the specific requirements and schedule of each site.

Carpet/upholstery shampooing and Exterior Window Cleaning

Are done by carpet cleaning or window cleaning specialized technicians and not

included in your residential cleaning estimated cost.

Service Exclusions and specially requested service

Biohazard cleanings, such as blood, homes with roaches, pet waste, pest infestations, or mold.

  • Exterior window cleaning for residential appointments.

  • Removal of excessive trash or cleaning overly cluttered areas in homes which may incur additional costs. These costs will be communicated prior to proceeding with any decluttering or removal.

  • Cleaning of artwork, expensive lighting, or chandeliers.

  • Hauling away trash or debris. However, assistance can be provided in arranging trucks for trash removal if requested.
